Center Ithaca
Center Ithaca is an AIA award-winning property located in the heart of downtown Ithaca. The property features sixty-two units of naturally occurring affordable housing, twenty-six units of commercial office and retail, and six restaurants.
Center Ithaca was designed in 1982 to be the city’s anchor building. Unfortunately, the property never quite met the original developers’ intentions.
Polaris & Crux is working with Travis Hyde Properties to revitalize the property, with particular attention given to its public atriums and residential units, while keeping affordability and accessibility in mind.

Travis Hyde Properties intends to renovate Center Ithaca’s aging residential units and atrium food court, all while keeping residential rents affordable, between 80% AMI to 90% AMI.
